During a $ 8.2 million bond program, Arp I.S.D. elected to build a new High School Campus which included District Administration offices, High School Administration Offices, a 1,000 seat Auditorium with support facilities, a 850-Gymnasium with offices, locker rooms, training room, laundry facilities, an area for filming and a 3,720 SF weight room.  A new kitchen with an open commons type cafeteria and concession stand area was designed. A viewing area of the gymnasium from the cafeteria and commons area was included so people could eat & drink but still watch the game without bringing food into the gymnasium.  There was also a technology center so the district can film, edit, control and send out information to the other campuses and community programs and events they have filmed (production studio).  The technology center has a computer class, editing rooms, electronic shop, a production studio and the receiving and storage of all technology items for the district.  A 2,383 SF library with support facilities such as librarians office, workroom and media room is another highlight of the campus.

The campus also included, 4 English classrooms, 4 Social Studies classrooms, 4 Math classrooms, 4 Science/Lecture/Lab classrooms, 2 Computer Labs, Art classroom, Special Education room & Teachers work room.
